Mini Pecan Tarts

This recipe is as easy as it can get! You’ll need either mini tart molds or mini cupcake baking pans.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: 25-28 minutes
Yields 24 mini tarts

 

Ingredients

 Filling:

15 oz can sweetened condensed milk

3 tablespoons brown sugar

6 egg yolks

4 oz chopped pecans

1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Dough:

1 thawed frozen pie dough (follow directions on the box for thawing properly)

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take your baking dish and spray with cooking spray.

Start forming pieces of your pie dough in the tartlet molds or mini cupcake baking pans.

Combine all your filling ingredients in a bowl then scoop your filling into the tart molds right below the top of the mold. You don’t want them over-filled.

Bake for 25-28 minutes until the filling tops are golden brown. Do not overbake

Let it cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
